At our office
Sit down with your escrow officer, take your time, and ask anything.
The documents are signed, the funds move, and the transfer is recorded. Dozens of details have to line up for that to happen on schedule, and having every one ready ahead of time is the work no one sees. What's left for you is the simple part: sign.
Your closing, your way
Sit down with your escrow officer, take your time, and ask anything.
A closing specialist comes to your home, your office or a spot that works for you. No notary fee.
Sign from anywhere, when your lender allows it.
Home equity loans close at an office, as Texas law requires.
No surprises at the table
You'll see every number and every page ahead of time. Pick how you want to go over it:
Review the documents on your own time.
Walk through them together on Zoom.
Sit down at the office before closing day.
Just call with whatever's on your mind.
How closing day works
Bring a government photo ID. Everything you're signing has already been explained.
The lender releases the loan money, checks are cut and wires go out, including the seller's proceeds.
The deed and loan documents are recorded with the county, and your title policy is issued.
Refinancing?
Most refinances on your home have a 3 business day waiting period after signing before the loan funds.
Your old loan gets paid off directly from the new one.
Texas cash-out loans have their own notice period and close at an office.
